Send us the solicitation tonight. Read the response in the morning.
You found the right contract to bid on. The hard part is answering an 80-page solicitation exactly the way it asks — every requirement, every form, every page limit — on a deadline. That's the part we do: at a fixed price, compliant and complete, delivered by your morning.
Fixed-price quotes in plain email. No calls required.
A good firm loses on a technicality it never saw.
Most losing proposals aren't beaten on quality. They're eliminated before scoring — for a missed form, a page over the limit, a deadline read wrong.
Pages of instructions
A solicitation spells out every form, format, and rule — and answers must appear in the exact order and place it dictates.
You don't have
Answering it properly is a week of work you'd have to take away from running the business you're bidding to grow.
Detail ends it
Miss a mandatory certificate, a wet-ink signature, a sealed cost envelope — and a compliant, competitive bid scores zero.
Start with a matrix, or hand us the whole thing.
Both are fixed-price and quoted in writing before we begin. Pick the level of help you actually need.
Compliance Matrix + Response Plan
- Every requirement in the solicitation pulled out and mapped — number, page reference, what to provide, who provides it
- The elimination traps flagged before they cost you the bid
- A section-by-section response plan: what to say, where, and how long
- A submission checklist — forms, attachments, format, page limits
- Delivered as an editable document you own outright
Full Proposal Draft
- Everything in the Compliance Matrix + Response Plan
- A complete, written draft answering every requirement in order
- Formatted to the solicitation's own instructions and page limits
- Executive summary and cover letter written to the evaluation criteria
- Milestones along the way — 50% at kickoff, 50% on delivery
- Revisions within scope, right up to your submission date
Three steps, one night.
You hand off at the end of your day; you review at the start of the next. The time difference isn't a caveat — it's the whole point.

Email the solicitation (or a link to it) before you sign off. We reply with a fixed price and a delivery date in writing — usually the same day. No call, no sales meeting.

While your office is closed, we read the solicitation line by line, map every requirement to a matrix, and write the response — then check it back against the document, item by item.
Matrix in 48–72 hrsDelivered by your morning
It's in your inbox — compliant, complete, formatted to the instructions, and ready to review with room to spare before the deadline you're working to.
Before your deadlinePrinted on the page, not buried in fine print.
Here's exactly how we work — and what happens if we don't hold up our end.
A written, fixed price you approve before we start. No hourly meter, no scope surprises.
Miss the deadline we put in writing and you get a full refund. No forms, no argument.
Proposals bill 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery, so neither side carries all the risk.
Anything beyond the agreed scope is a flat $95 per request — quoted and approved by you first.
Compliant. Complete. On time.
- Compliant — every requirement addressed, in the order and format the solicitation asks for.
- Complete — no blank sections, no “TBD,” nothing left for the evaluator to wonder about.
- On time — delivered inside the window we put in writing, with room for your review before the deadline.
What we don't promise
We won't tell you you'll win. The award depends on price, past performance, incumbency, and evaluation factors no writer controls. What we control is whether your response is compliant, complete, and submitted on time — the three things that keep a good bid from being thrown out on a technicality.
If a firm guarantees you a win, walk away. Honesty here is the whole point.
Questions a careful buyer asks.
Who are you, exactly?
We're a small, distributed team that writes one thing: RFP and proposal responses. You work directly with a person over email — no ticket queue, no chatbot. We keep the team small on purpose, so the writing stays consistent and you're never handed off.
Will you help me win the contract?
We make your response compliant, complete, and on time. We don't promise you'll win — the award depends on price, past performance, and factors no writer controls. Any firm that guarantees a win is selling you something.
How do I pay?
The compliance matrix is paid when you approve the quote. Full proposals bill in two milestones — 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery. You get a written scope and a receipt every time; nothing starts without both.
What if you miss the deadline?
If we miss the delivery deadline we set, you get a full refund — no forms. The deadline that counts is the one written in your scope. We'd rather return the fee than keep money for work that arrived late.
Are my numbers and details confidential?
Yes. Your solicitation, pricing, and business information are used only to do your work, and we never publish your materials as samples. The sample on this site is built on a public, closed RFP with a fictitious bidder — never a real client's file.
Bidding on something? Send us the solicitation.
Email the RFP, or a link to it, before you sign off. We'll reply with a fixed price and a delivery date — usually the same day.
