RFP response writing, trade by trade.
Public solicitations for cleaning, grounds, security, AV, HVAC and IT look alike on the cover and differ everywhere else — the forms, the licenses, the price sheets, the traps. Pick your trade to see what those solicitations typically ask for, where bids get eliminated, and what we deliver at a fixed price.
100% in writing — no calls. We reply within one U.S. business day.

Six trades, one method.
Each page lists the requirements that show up most often in that trade, the eliminations to check before you submit, and a source for every rule it cites.

Site-by-site staffing plans, cleaning frequencies, price sheets per building, safety data sheets, bloodborne-pathogen training and background checks for school and courthouse work.
Landscaping & grounds maintenance RFP responses
City parks and medians, county grounds, school athletic fields, state rights-of-way
Acreage and mowing frequencies, per-site and unit pricing, pesticide applicator licenses by category, arborist credentials for tree work, and prevailing-wage rules where they apply.

What doesn't change from one trade to the next.
The solicitation changes. The way we work doesn't.
A written, fixed price you approve before we start. No hourly meter, no scope surprises.
No calls, no sales meeting. Questions, drafts and revisions all happen by email.
We reply within one U.S. business day — usually the same day — with a price and a date.
Miss the delivery deadline we put in writing and you get a full refund.
Your trade isn't on the list?
Send the solicitation anyway. The method is the same for any service contract a county, city, school district or state agency puts out to bid: every requirement mapped, every trap flagged, a response written in the order the document asks for. If it's outside what we take on, we'll say so before you pay anything.
What we won't take on
- Federal work that requires a security or facility clearance
- Holding, issuing, or standing in for certifications on your behalf
- Legal advice, contract interpretation, or anything a lawyer should sign off on
- Submitting the bid for you or acting as your authorized representative
Fixed prices, printed on the page.
The same products and prices as our pricing page. Every order is quoted in writing and approved by you before we start.
| Product | Price | Turnaround | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Compliance Matrix + Response Plan Entry product | $390fixed | 48–72 hrs | Every requirement in your solicitation mapped — number, page, what to provide, who provides it — the elimination traps flagged, a section-by-section response plan, and a submission checklist. |
| Full Proposal Draft Complete, submission-ready | $1,900from · quoted per RFP | Set to deadline | Everything in the matrix, plus a complete written draft answering every requirement in order, formatted to the solicitation, with cover letter and executive summary written to the evaluation criteria. |

Unused proposals don't roll over. |
| Out-of-scope work Anti-drift, published | $95per request | Quoted first | Anything beyond the agreed scope — an extra section, a new attachment, a requirement the agency adds by addendum — flat-rated and approved by you before we do it. |
All prices in U.S. dollars. Bid Desk is billed monthly in advance by card; cancel after the 3-month minimum with 30 days' notice.

- Give legal advice or interpret contract terms
