All prices in U.S. dollars, fixed in writing before any payment. Each section is delivered in Word + PDF, formatted to your solicitation's instructions. Buy one section, and its full price is credited toward a Full Proposal Draft ordered within 30 days. Rush (next business day) +50% when the calendar allows.
Three emails, one finished section.
Two sections is a signal.
If you are missing two or more sections, the Full Proposal Draft (from $1,900, quoted per RFP) is usually the better buy — every requirement answered in order, one consistent voice, one deadline. Buy one section, and its full price is credited toward a Full Proposal Draft ordered within 30 days.
Not sure which sections you're missing?
The $390 Compliance Matrix maps every requirement in the solicitation — number, page, what to provide — and flags the elimination traps. It's the cheapest way to find out exactly what your bid still needs — and its price is credited in full if you order the Full Proposal Draft within 30 days.
Flat-fee sections: short answers.
Can you write just one document from my bid package, for a flat fee?
Yes — that is exactly what this service is. You send the solicitation and tell us which section you are missing (quality control plan, safety plan, staffing plan, continuity, emergency response, subcontracting plan, or the insurance and references tab). We confirm the flat price in writing and deliver the finished section in 2–5 business days, in Word and PDF, formatted to your solicitation.
My deadline is in 3 days. Can you still deliver?
It depends on the calendar. The $290 sections run on a 3-business-day standard clock, and next-business-day rush is available at +50% when the calendar allows. Put your deadline in the first email — we only confirm a date we can actually hit, and if we miss a deadline we set, you get a full refund.
Why pay for one section when an AI chatbot can draft it free?
A chatbot gives you a plausible draft. What you are buying here is the finished, compliant version: matched to the clauses and scoring grid of your specific solicitation, consistent with the rest of your bid (staffing numbers, names, commitments), formatted to the agency’s instructions, and checked against the elimination traps in your solicitation. The evaluator reads the finished version — that is the one that scores.
Is a purchased section credited if I later order the full proposal?
Yes. The full price of one purchased section is credited toward a Full Proposal Draft (from $1,900) ordered within 30 days. In practice: you can buy the one urgent section now, and upgrade to the full draft without paying for that section twice.
How is this different from the $390 Compliance Matrix?
The Compliance Matrix maps every requirement of the whole solicitation and gives you a response plan — it tells you what to write everywhere. A flat-fee section IS the writing, for one document. One way to use both: start with the matrix, see which sections you can write yourself, and order only the hard ones from us.
Will it read like my company?
Yes — it is written from the facts you provide: your crews, your sites, your real practice. Nothing is invented: where you have no existing process, we propose a realistic one sized to your company and say so. You review the draft and we revise within scope before your deadline.
Name the section. Send the solicitation. It's handled.
We reply within one U.S. business day with the fixed price and delivery date in writing.
