Questions a careful buyer asks.
You're skeptical, pressed for time, and tired of marketing. Fair. Here are the real questions owners ask before handing over a bid — answered plainly.
Who are you, exactly?
We're a small, distributed team that writes one thing: RFP and proposal responses for U.S. service businesses. You work directly with a person over email — no ticket queue, no chatbot. We keep the team small on purpose, so the writing stays consistent and you're never handed off.
Who actually writes my proposal?
Experienced proposal writers on our team — people who read solicitations for a living and know how evaluators score them. A real person owns your file start to finish and signs the emails. Your draft is written to the document's own instructions, not run off a template.
Will you help me win the contract?
We make your response compliant, complete, and on time — the three things that keep a good bid from being thrown out on a technicality. We don't promise you'll win. The award depends on price, past performance, incumbency, and evaluation factors no writer controls. Any firm that guarantees a win is selling you something.
What happens if I lose the bid?
You still keep a clean, compliant response you can reuse — much of a strong proposal (your approach, experience, work plan, and the requirement map) carries straight into the next solicitation, so the second bid costs you far less time. A lost award isn't a refund event: we're paid for delivering a compliant, on-time response, not for the agency's decision. If we missed the deadline, that's a different matter — see the refund question below.
Are my numbers and details confidential?
Yes. Your solicitation, pricing, and business information are used only to complete your work, and we never publish your materials as samples without written permission. The sample on this site is built on a public, closed RFP with a fictitious bidder — never a real client's file. Your pricing is your competitive edge; we treat it that way.
How do I pay?
The compliance matrix is a single fixed fee, due when you approve the written quote. Full proposals bill in two milestones — 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery — so neither side carries all the risk. You get a written scope and a receipt every time, and nothing starts without both.
What if you miss the deadline?
If we miss the delivery deadline we set, you get a full refund — no forms, no negotiation. The deadline that counts is the one written in your scope. If delivery was on time but the draft needs changes, revisions within scope are included through your submission date. We'd rather fix it, or return the fee, than keep money we didn't earn.
How fast is “by my morning,” really?
Because the team works across time zones, work you send at the end of your day is typically finished by the next morning — a compliance matrix in 48–72 hours, a full proposal on a timeline set to your deadline. We put the exact window in writing before you pay, so “by morning” is a commitment, not a slogan.
Do you handle revisions?
Yes. Proposals include revisions within the agreed scope, right up to your submission date — corrections, tightening, and dropping in your final numbers. Anything genuinely outside the original scope is quoted first at $95 per request, and only done with your approval.
What don't you do?
We don't take federal work that requires a security or facility clearance, we don't hold or issue certifications on your behalf, and we don't give legal advice or interpret contracts. We also don't submit the bid for you or act as your authorized representative. When something's outside our lane, we'll tell you rather than fake it.
