Published prices. Not “contact us for a quote.”
Two products, one flat out-of-scope rate, and terms printed on the page. Every engagement is quoted in writing and approved before we start — no hourly meter, no surprises on the invoice.
| Product | Price | Turnaround | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Compliance Matrix + Response Plan Entry product | $390fixed | 48–72 hrs | Every requirement mapped — number, page, what to provide, who provides it — the elimination traps flagged, a section-by-section response plan, and a submission checklist. |
| Full Proposal Draft Complete, submission-ready | $1,900from · quoted per RFP | Set to deadline | Everything in the matrix, plus a complete written draft answering every requirement in order, formatted to the solicitation, with cover letter and executive summary written to the evaluation criteria. |
| Out-of-scope work Anti-drift, published | $95per request | Quoted first | Anything beyond the agreed scope — an extra section, a new attachment, a late requirement the agency adds — flat-rated and approved by you before we do it. |
All prices in U.S. dollars. The full proposal fee is a fixed quote given in writing before any engagement — the market for comparable work runs $2,500–$4,000+.
Milestones, so neither side carries all the risk.
What we won't take on.
We'd rather tell you no up front than take the fee and leave you exposed.
- Federal work that requires a security or facility clearance
- Holding, issuing, or standing in for certifications on your behalf
- Legal advice, contract interpretation, or anything a lawyer should sign off on
- Submitting the bid for you or acting as your authorized representative
No surprise line items
Scope creep is what turns a fair price into a bad one, so we name it. The scope you approve is the whole job. If it isn't in that scope, it isn't on your invoice — unless you said yes to a $95 out-of-scope request first.
Every out-of-scope item is quoted and approved before we touch it. You will never see a charge you didn't agree to.
Send us the solicitation for a fixed price.
Email the RFP and its deadline. We'll reply with the price and the delivery date in writing — usually the same day.
